Reservation Policy

We require a credit card to secure all reservations. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, but will be subject to our cancellation policy.

For parties of 6 or more, we require a deposit of $50 per person, which will be applied to your final bill.

Cancellation Policy

For dinner reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For lunch reservations, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a charge of $100 per person.

Seating Policy

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time. If you are running late, please contact the restaurant to hold your table.

We are unable to seat incomplete parties. All guests must be present before being seated.

Table assignments are based on the size of your party and availability. While we will do our best to accommodate seating preferences, specific table requests cannot be guaranteed.

Children

Children are welcome at Rubato. We offer a simplified menu for younger diners and high chairs are available upon request.

We kindly ask that all guests, regardless of age, respect the dining experience of others.

Dress Code

Smart casual attire is suggested. We respectfully request that guests refrain from wearing athletic wear, beachwear, or flip-flops.

Corkage Policy

We offer a $50 corkage fee per 750ml bottle with a maximum of two bottles per table. Corkage is not available for wines that are currently on our wine list.

Dietary Restrictions

We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies with advance notice. Please inform us of any special dietary needs when making your reservation.

Private Events

For private dining and events, a minimum spend requirement applies. Cancellations for private events must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.

Photography Policy

Casual photography for personal use is permitted. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from using flash or tripods, which may disrupt other guests' dining experience.

Professional photography or filming requires prior approval from management.

Modifications to Terms

Rubato reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
