Reservations
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
For weekday dining, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance. For weekend dining or special occasions, 3-4 weeks in advance is advisable. For the Chef's Table experience, we recommend booking at least one month in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
For dinner reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For lunch reservations, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a charge of $100 per person.
Can I make a reservation for a large group?
Yes, we can accommodate groups of up to 12 people in our main dining room. For groups larger than 8, please contact us directly at +65 6555 1005 or [email protected].
For private events, we offer a private dining room that can seat up to 12 guests.
Dining Experience
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we're happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform us when making your reservation, and our chefs will prepare suitable alternatives.
Is there a dress code?
We suggest smart casual attire. While we don't enforce a strict dress code, we appreciate guests dressing in a manner that respects the dining experience.
Do you have a corkage policy?
Yes, we offer a $50 corkage fee per 750ml bottle with a maximum of two bottles per table. Corkage is not available for wines that are currently on our wine list.
Do you have a tasting menu?
Yes, we offer a seasonal tasting menu that showcases Chef Rubato's signature dishes and seasonal specialties. Wine pairings are available as an optional addition.
Special Occasions & Services
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates in various denominations. They can be purchased in person at the restaurant or by contacting us via email.
Can you accommodate special celebration requests?
Yes, we're happy to help you celebrate special occasions. Please inform us when making your reservation, and we can discuss arrangements such as custom desserts, champagne service, or floral arrangements (additional charges may apply).
What is the Chef's Table experience?
The Chef's Table offers an intimate dining journey with our special 8-course tasting menu prepared right before your eyes. Limited to 6 guests per seating, it provides a unique opportunity to interact with Chef Rubato and his team while enjoying a curated culinary experience.
